Consider changing the name of Thomas Packing Company Drive to Thomas Drive. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Since there is no longer a Thomas Packing Company located on this premises, it would be more convenient to shorten the name of the street to Thomas Drive. Although the street is self-contained within the City of Griffin property it is still listed as a City street. There are no addresses on this street as the parcel on which the new electric facility sits is technically listed as 1010 N. Hill Street.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.
