Consider contract with Preservation South, LLC to conduct an existing conditions report for Historic City Hall. Kenwin M. Hayes, Sr. Executive Director for Downtown Development Authority will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The recommendations of the report will be used to estimate rehabilitation cost for this facility, based on the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

The cost of the study will be $5000 which will provide an estimated rehabilitation cost. Funds were not budgeted for this line item in FY15. Request that funds be taken from Commissioners' Professional Services line item ... 101-1110-521200.
