The cost of the study will be shared between the City of Griffin, Spalding County and the Griffin-Spalding Development Authority as approved in the memorandum of understanding on April 14, 2015.
Staff recommends approval.
The accepted proposal cost $31,000 and the City of Griffin will be responsible for 1/3 of the contract amount or $10,333. Funds were not budgeted for this line item for FY15. Requesting that our portion of the study be paid from Commissioners' contingency fund. |
