Consider the approval of a Task Order for the Bid Documents and Construction Management for PI No. 0008237 and PI No. 0008238 Intersections and Signalization, in the amount of $206,700.00, for the Public Works and Utilities Department. Public Works Director Brant D. Keller will address.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

These projects are programmed in the 2008 SPLOST. They consist of the re-design of Experiment Street, Broad Street and 10th Street, the vertical alignment of West College Street with 12th Street, and 3 signal upgrades with mast and arms at West Broad and 8th Streets, College Street and 8th Street, and College Street and 9th Street.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funding to come from the 2008 SPLOST in the amount of $206,700.00.
