Consider cancellation of the July 14, 2015 City Commission Regular Scheduled Meeting. City Manager Kenny Smith will address.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

Although the second meeting in June normally conflicts with the GMA Annual Conference, this year the regularly scheduled meeting is Tuesday, June 23, before the conference starts on Friday, June 26. However the MEAG Annual Meeting conflicts with the 2nd Tuesday in July (July 14), therefore the Chairman suggested cancellation of the first meeting in July.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval.
