In recognition of requirements of the Georgia Open Records law and procedures, the Commission appointed City Manager Kenny Smith, Executive Secretary Judy Flournoy and Police Secretary Dianne Martin as Open Records officers in June, 2012. With the resignation of Judy Flournoy, staff wishes for the Board to accept that resignation and designate Executive Secretary Teresa Watson as Assistant Open Records Officer. This resolution also reaffirms that all OPR be made in writing and filed with the Open Records Officer or designated Assistant Open Records Officers.
