Development Services Director Toussaint Kirk to address. Toussaint Kirk, in light of recent developments, asked that this request be tabled, so no public comment was solicited. Some discussion followed.

The purpose of the ordinance amendment is to include the “Killed in Action” plaques as a permitted sign under the Historic Character Signs in the Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 12, section 1213B (9). The plaque design has been approved by the Historic Preservation Commission based on size and style.
