ITEM SUMMARY:

Appoint one (1)  non-public member to the Three Rivers Board of Directors.  The term of citizen appointee Charles Jones expired on 12/31/14. This is a rotating appointment (between City and County).  Chairperson Hollberg will serve as the commission appointee and reappointment of Charles Jones as citizen appointee was approved unanimously on motion-second by Commissioners Morrow/Todd. 


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS OR CONCERNS:

The term of Commissioner Doug Hollberg as the Municipal Government appointee is concurrent with such official's term of elected office. The non-public member is an annual appointment of the City Commission with City/County rotating.
