The applicant’s request stemmed from a property owner on Woodland Drive encroaching onto Mrs. Hoffman’s property with several accessory structures. The applicant and the Woodland Drive property owner are in agreement for the sale and purchase of the land being encroached upon. Once the property has been rezoned it will make an easier transaction for the sale of the property to the encroaching property owner.
The Planning & Zoning Commission along with staff recommends Approval of the request.
